This policy explains what personal information MASTER AI ("we", "us") collects when you register for our training, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle your information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Registration details: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country and the answers you give about yourself and what you want to learn.
- Optional details: social media handle, business or brand name, how you heard about us and your goals, if you choose to share them.
- Payment records: the amount, payment status, date and transaction reference. Card and bank details are entered directly on Paystack's secure checkout, so we never see or store them.
How we use it
- To register you, confirm your payment and send your Registration ID.
- To send training information, access instructions and announcements by email and WhatsApp.
- To tailor the training to participants and improve future cohorts.
- To issue and verify certificates of completion.
Who we share it with
We only share what's needed with trusted providers that help us run the training: Paystack (payments), our email delivery provider, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed to deliver the training, issue certificates and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
Your rights

Security
Our website uses HTTPS, payments are verified directly with Paystack, and participant records are only accessible to authorised members of our team.
